At Atlas Coating we use OXSILIAN, a metal pre-treatment technology that's free from hazardous chemicals to provide superior corrosion resistance for a wide range of metal substrates.
Our salt spray coating is perfect for exterior applications. It exceeds 1000 hours, as apposed to the industry standard of around 500 hours, proving its exceptionally durable, even in the harshest of conditions. For most applications, this is far in excess of what the levels specify and ensures that the powder coat finish will last the entire lifetime of the product. How amazing is that!!!
